Our philosophy is unique yet simple because of the way in which we present our services to our Residents and their families. We are a Resident Centered Care Community who provides care geared specifically toward the needs of the individual and their family. We know that our role extends beyond the resident and their needs, although this is our priority, we also provide services to assist the family unit as a whole.

Our Resident Centered Care approach involves a team of well trained staff who are experts in the field of healthcare. We focus intensely on the medical needs of our Residents from a skilled perspective and then on to the personal, social and spiritual aspects of their recovery. It is our goal to maximize the recovery potential of each of our Residents. As part of our mission, Nazareth will strive to provide premier skilled nursing services to our community.

Nazareth HealthCare is committed. Comfort for both Residents and the caregivers who have provided for their care needs prior to our attempting to become part of the “Family Care-giving Team” is an essential part of our business. Our goal is not to take their place, but to provide 24 hour, skilled nursing services to those with skilled care needs.
